How do I register?
Course Online Store
You can search, register and make secure payments for courses at the Course Online Store. It is safe to pay for the courses by our Paytrail online payment service.
When registering online, you need to have a Finnish social security number. If you do not wish to give it out or you do not have one yet, you can register by email firstname.lastname@example.org or at the office.
You can send an email to email@example.com with the following information: name of the course, your name, date of birth, address, email and phone number. Please note that your registration is not valid until a confirmation from the office.
At the Office
The Institute’s Office is located on Runeberginkatu 22-24. Please check the opening hours.
When will the course registration be valid?
Your registration is valid as soon as the course has been paid. If you do not pay for the course, your registration will be cancelled and you lose your spot on the course.
By registering for a course you accept that the course can be changed from contact teaching to remote teaching.

By registering for a course you allow the institute to send you information relating to your course by text message and email. We will mail you the printed course brochure for another year.
How do I pay for the course?
Course fees must be paid in connection with registering. Unpaid registrations are automatically cancelled. You can cancel the course 7 days prior the course is due to start.
Course Online Store
You can make secure payments on the Netbank, with payment cards or MobilePay. You can also use benefits (electronic vouchers) such as Edenred, Eazybreak, ePassi and Smartum online payment.
At the office
You can pay with payment cards or benefits.
Pay in parts or later
Register for a course and contact the office firstname.lastname@example.org to agree on a payment plan.
Your employer pays for the course
Register for a course by email. Additional charge 5 €.
How to pay with Sports and Culture vouchers
Sports vouchers can be used as a means of course payment for sports and dance courses. Culture vouchers are accepted for all courses except for language, online, wine or food courses.
You can pay with Eazybreak, Edenred, ePassi ja Smartum.
First, register for a course and pay for it on the benefit supplier’s website or application.
Send our Office a photo or receipt of the payment by email email@example.com.
Further Information and Course Councelling
For more information on courses please check our contact details. Course counselling is provided by head teachers responsible for specific areas of study. Make sure the head teacher in question is available for consultation.
In general, the language of instruction is Finnish. In many courses the teacher is also able to instruct in English or some other language. Please contact the head teacher to find out the main language of instruction.
