The payment link you receive upon registration is active for 2 days. At the office you can pay by card only. Sports and Culture Benefits First, register for a course and pay for it (either in full or a part of it) at the benefit supplier’s website or application (Edenred, Epassi ja Smartum). If there is a difference in price, we will send you a payment link by email. Please pay one course at a time in case you intend to pay for more than one course. Sports and Culture benefits are accepted for all courses except for language and wine courses or Open University studies. The balance of the course fee paid by Edenred, Epassi or Smartum can in most cases be returned into your account if the cancellation occurs within the year the course fee has been paid. Pay in parts or later You can always ask to pay your course fee in 2 parts or later. First register for the course and then contact our office to make a payment plan. Billing a company If your employer pays for the course First register and then ask for an invoice from our office. Additional 5€ is added as an billing surcharge.
