Online banking, card and mobile payments
Payment is secure online using the Paytrail service used by the college.
The payment link you received upon registration is valid for 2 days.
You can only pay by card at the office.
Sports and cultural benefits
With us you can pay with the following benefits: Edenred, Epassi ja Smartum. Do this:
- First, register for the course. Then pay for the entire course or part of it through the provider's service.
- Select Helsinki Adult Education Center as the recipient and add the desired amount. Some applications mention that when using benefits, payment must be made at the cashier. With us, you can pay with benefits remotely using the mobile application. The payment also does not expire.
- The office will send you an electronic payment link for any difference.
- Note: If you are paying for more than one course, pay for one course at a time.
Benefits cannot be used to pay for language courses, fashion and beauty courses, beer and wine courses, or open university studies.
When canceling a course, we can usually refund the course fee paid with Edenred, Epass or Smartum to your bank account if the cancellation and payment were made during the same year.
Payment in installments or later
Paying for the course in two installments or changing the invoice due date

Corporate invoicing
The employer pays for the course.
First register for the course. Then provide your billing address. to the officeThe billing surcharge is €5.
Don't forget gift cards too
Course gift cards You can use the gift card to pay for a course of your choice. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
