Terms for registration, payment and cancellation in Finnish language courses

You can register on the web, by email or at the office

Register on the web if you have a Finnish personal identity code and an email address

• First, select the courses you want to register for on Wilma.
• Press the green + sign next to a course.
• When you have selected the courses, press Shopping basket.
• Fill in your email address to receive the registration form into your email.
• Open your email and the registration link. Check your junk mail, if the email is not there.
• Choose the payment method before filling out the registration form. You can pay the course on Finnish netbank or with an invoice by email.
• Fill out the registration form.
• If you chose to pay the course on the netbank, make the payment right away. If you chose an invoice by email, wait for the delivery.

Register by email if you do not have a Finnish personal identity code

• Send us an email at peruskoulu@helao.fi, and tell us which courses you wish to register for.
• We will ask for your personal information by email.
• We will send you an invoice by email.

Register at the office if you do not have an email account

• Visit the office on Runeberginkatu 22-24. Check the opening hours.

If the course is full

Fill out the registration form. You will be placed in the queue. We will be in touch as soon as places become available.

Do not pay for the course until a place comes available for you. It is not mandatory to accept the place.

When registering you accept that

• the institute can make changes to the course schedule or the teacher.
• the institute can change the teaching mode from contact to distance teaching if necessary.
• we will save your personal information to the Primus database. Read more on the data protection (in Finnish).
