Renting premises

The school premises are rented.

Free spaces are rented out for external use during the day, evenings and weekends. Helsinki Adult Education Centre has training and conference facilities on Runeberginkatu and sports facilities on Annankatu.

The building, which has been completely renovated for the college, provides a pleasant and safe environment to support learning and well-being. For studying, the building has 23 lecture and group work spaces, which are equipped with modern AV equipment. In addition, the building has special facilities, such as a handicrafts class, two art classes, three sports and multi-purpose rooms, a science class, a language studio and a media workshop. The auditorium on the first floor can be divided into two different spaces. The ballroom is on the third floor. The cosiness is enhanced by a living room for students, which has separate desks. The building also has changing rooms and showers. The college does not have a café, but there are coffee and snack vending machines on two floors. The college building is located just a 10-minute walk from Kamppi metro station and is on several tram and bus lines.

The premises can be rented on weekdays from 08.00:20.30 to 09.00:16.00, on Saturdays from 10.00:16.00 to XNUMX:XNUMX and on Sundays from XNUMX:XNUMX to XNUMX:XNUMX.

Price

Classes for 16-40 people:

  • Mon-Fri: €310 / day or €65 / starting hour
  • Sat-Sun: €330 / day or €71 / starting hour

Special classes and exercise facilities:

  • Mon-Fri: €330 / day or €71 / starting hour
  • Sat-Sun: €365 / day or €77 / starting hour

The college's ballroom is, as its name suggests, festive. The ballroom has grey tables and blue chairs, seating over a hundred people. There are tall windows on the right side that bring in light. On the back wall of the ballroom is a huge painting depicting the human life cycle. There are large round lamps on the ceiling.
Ballroom
The auditorium has a circular shape and has a total of about 160 seats, about 40 of which are visible in the picture. The tables are light wood and the rows of chairs are blue. The auditorium is raised, so those in the back can also see well. There is a large row of windows at the back, which brings light into the space.
Hall
A spacious and bright group work space on Runeberginkatu. The space has three separate groups of tables in a circular shape. The teacher's table and whiteboard are visible in the back. Large windows on the left side bring sunlight and light into the classroom.

The school's gym is bright and spacious. The space is empty except for the equipment shelves.

The school has two gyms in Annankatu, measuring 83 m2 and 66 m2. The facilities in the Annankatu courtyard are located just a five-minute walk from Kamppi metro station.

It is possible to rent the rooms for individual or regular shifts. Ask about available shifts also on weekends.

Educational use, commercial activities: €220 / day or €45 / starting hour 

Practice use: €25 / starting hour

Rental terms

Prices per each starting hour.

The tenant operates the premises at his own risk and is liable for compensation if damage occurs to the property or premises that causes expenses for the school.

The tenant is responsible for cleaning the rented space to the condition it was in at the start of the rental.

If the cancellation of the space rental occurs less than 24 hours from the reservation time, we will charge the full space rental fee.

If the reservation is not cancelled at least one week before the start of the reservation, 50% of the rental price will be charged.

If there is no other activity on the premises at the time of rental, janitorial fees will be added to the rental price.
