Premises for Hire

The Institutes has premises for hire at Runeberginkatu 22-24 and sports facilities at Annankatu.

Runeberginkatu 22–24

Fully renovated building containing comfortable space for learning and wellbeing. There are 23 class rooms with modern AV equipment suitable for studying or group work. Premises include space for handicrafts, arts, sports, natural science and digital studies, as well as language studios and a media workshop. Auditorium on the first floor can be divided into two separate spaces. There is a banquet hall on the third floor.

Lounge area for independent studying adds cosyness to the premises. There are changing rooms with showers. Coffee and snack machines are available on two floors.

The premises can be rented on weekdays from 08.00 to 20.30, on Saturdays from 09.00 to 16.00 and on Sundays from 10.00 to 16.00. For more information and to rent a room, please contact Joni Sahlsten, joni.sahlsten@helao.fi.

Classrooms for 16-40 people:

monday- friday: 310 €/per day or 65 €/ hour.
saturday-sunday: 330 €/ per day or 71 €/ hour

Specialiced, PE or IT- classrooms

monday- friday: 330 €/per day or 71 €/ hour.
saturday-sunday: 365 €/ per day or 71 €/ hour

Opiston juhlasali on nimensä mukaisesti juhlava. Juhlasalissa on harmaat pöydät ja siniset tuolit, yhteensä paikkoja yli sadalle. Oikeassa reunassa on korkeat ikkunat, jotka tuovat valoisuutta. Juhlasalin takaseinällä on valtava maalaus, joka kuvastaa ihmisen elämänkiertoa. Katossa on isot pyöreät valaisimet. — Ballroom

Auditorion pyöreässä muodossa on yhteensä noin 160 paikkaa, kuvassa niistä näkyy noin 40. Pöydät ovat vaaleaa puutaa ja tuolirivistöt siniset. Auditorio on nouseva, jolloin myös takanaolijat näkevät hyvin. Takana on iso ikkunarivistö, joka tuo valoa tilaan. — Auditorium

Avara ja valoisa Runeberginkadun ryhmätyötila. Tilassa kolme erillistä pöytäryhmää pyöreässä muodossa. Takana näkyy opettajan pöytä ja whiteboard. Vasemmalta puolelta isot ikkunat tuovat aurinkoa ja valoa luokkaan. — Group work space

Opiston liikuntatila on valoisa ja avara. Tila on tyhjä lukuunottamatta välinehyllyjä. — Small PE room in Runeberginkatu

Sports Facilities

There are single and continuous shifts for rent. There are available shifts also in the evening and on weekends.

Educational use, commercial activity:

Dancehall 1 (83 m2): 220 € / per day or 47 € / hour
Dancehall 2 (66 m2): 170 € / per day or 37 € / hour

Training use:

25 € / hour / group
15 € / hour / solo

Equipment (rollers, rings, balls, rubber bands, sticks):

6 € / type of instrument /group/session
Exercise mats included in the rental (1 mat per person)

Annankadun liikuntatilat ovat avoimet ja valoisat. Tilassa on kullanväriseksi maalattu pilari ja tilan reunoilla välineiden säilytystelineitä. — Dancehall 1

Terms and conditions

The hirer operates the premises at his/her own risk and is liable for compensation in the event of damage to the property or the premises that results in expenses for the college.

The hirer is responsible for cleaning the rented premises to the state they were in at the time the rental started.

In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours after the date of booking, the full amount of the rent will be charged.
