Adult-child dance classes
The adult-baby Afrodance and body care course allows adults to move together with their babies. The course introduces the movement language of West African dances, which especially opens up the thoracic spine and neck-shoulder area. The body care section focuses on movements that strengthen deep muscles and stretches that relax the entire body. The course is aimed at adults and progresses on the terms of the little ones. The baby can join in in a sling or backpack, or lie on the floor.
The goal of adult-child dance classes is to provide the joy of movement together with a child. Moving together helps develop the relationship between an adult and a child. Adult-child dance classes are suitable for complete beginners, no previous dance experience is necessary.
