Business studies examine the business operations of a company and organization from different perspectives. We organize business studies in cooperation with the Open University of the University of Vaasa.
Management Studies
Management studies are intended for those who want to understand the operations of a company, want to become a human resources professional, aim for international positions, want to become a business trainer or entrepreneur, or are otherwise interested in the subject. The studies examine management from the perspectives of both human resources management and business development: how companies operate and how people and things are managed in companies.
Marketing studies
Marketing expertise and a marketing mindset are useful in a wide variety of organizations and tasks, both in companies and in the public sector. It is about customer-oriented development of operations. Marketing studies provide a variety of tools for working with products, services, brands, communications and innovations.
Economic law studies
Economic law studies cover the key areas of corporate law from a business perspective. There are many legal questions related to making contracts, market and competition legislation, and employment relationships, and answers to these can be found in economic law studies.
