Course Online Store You can register for courses at the Course Online Store. When registering online, you need to have a Finnish social security number. By email You can send an email to the office at toimisto@helao.fi. Include the following information: name of the course, your name, date of birth, address and phone number. At the Office You can visit the office at Runeberginkatu 22–24 Please check the opening hours. When will my course registration become valid? Your enrolment is registered even if you don’t pay the course upon registration. Your registration is valid as soon as the course has been paid. Read more on different methods of payment. If you have agreed to make the payment in two parts, your registration is valid as soon as the first part has been paid. Read more on payment plan. If you do not pay for the course, your registration will be cancelled and you lose your spot on the course. If you are on the waiting list, your course registration will not expire. The course fee will can only be paid if a place becomes available. By registering for a course you accept that the course can be changed from contact teaching to remote teaching. If remote teaching is not possible, the course will be reprogrammed to another occasion or terminated. If the course is terminated, the Institute will not refund the paid course fees, but instead, the student can use the paid course fee for another course. we will send you information related to your course by text message and/or email. we will send you a newsletter few times a year concerning registration and other important information.
