Registration

Registering for courses is easy. You can register in the course online store, by email or at the office on Runeberginkatu, depending on your choice.

How do I register for the course?

Search for courses online, where you can also register and pay securely.

Write the name of the course, your name, date of birth, address and phone number in the message.

When does the registration take effect?

Your course registration will be registered even if you do not pay for the course immediately.

Your course registration will take effect once the course fee has been paid. Discover the different payment methods.

If you have agreed to pay the course fee in two installments, your registration will take effect when the first installment has been paid. Read more payment plan.

If you fail to pay the course fee, your course registration will lapse and you will lose your place in the course.

If you are on the waiting list, your course registration will not expire. If a place becomes available, we will send you a message. The course fee is only paid if you want to participate in the course.

Registration after the course starts

You can register for many courses even after they have started. Past lessons will be deducted from the course fee when you contact toimisto@helao.fi.

By registering, you agree that

  • The college may change face-to-face teaching to distance learning in exceptional circumstances.
    • If distance learning is not possible, the course will be postponed to another time or canceled completely.
    • If the course is interrupted, the institute will not refund the course fee, but the student can use the course fee for another course.
    • If an individual lesson of a course is cancelled or interrupted, the institute will not refund the course fee.
  • You will receive information about your course via text message or email.
  • You will receive newsletters related to registration, course offers and college events by email.
    • You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time using the link in the newsletter or by notifying us. office@helao.fi.
  • You will receive the college's printed course program by mail for two semesters.
  • We will store your personal data in the Hellewi course management system database.
  • Course registration requires cancellation conditions getting to know each other.
