Helsinki Adult Education Centre, in collaboration with Heart Management, organizes a basic training course for shiatsu therapists, which is aimed at anyone interested in bodywork. It also serves as a great addition to those already working in bodywork, however, this is not a prerequisite for participating in the training. You can also study for yourself. The training lasts approx. 6 months.
The goal of the versatile training is to give the future nurse a broad understanding of shiatsu and Chinese medicine, a variety of techniques for care, client work in general, and self-care.
