Current news about coronavirus (Covid-19)

Updated 27.4.2022

The general mask recommendation has ended on the college premises as of April 27.4.2022, XNUMX.

Courses are normally organised as face-to-face, distance or online teaching. Check the delivery format of your course in the course online store or at the office.

We are monitoring information from the authorities and making changes to our operating methods if necessary.

We offer a safe study and hobby environment

We make every effort to ensure that participating in the course is safe.

  • Hand sanitizer is available in all building lobbies on the college premises.
  • Cleaning has been intensified.
  • The toilets, railings, handles and other surfaces in heavy use in the school building have been treated with a photocatalytic coating from the company Nanoksi Finland, which makes the surfaces antimicrobial.

What can you do?

  • Do not come to the course if you suspect you have coronavirus infection or have flu symptoms.
  • Washing your hands is the best way to protect yourself from the virus. Wash your hands thoroughly and often with soap: before eating, and after coming from outside or using the bathroom. If you can't wash your hands, use hand sanitizer.
  • Cough into your sleeve or a tissue. You can help prevent the spread of the virus by covering your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after use. If you don't have a tissue, cough into your sleeve.
  • We recommend bringing your own equipment, such as exercise mats or brushes, if possible.

What if the corona situation changes and teaching has already started?

  • If face-to-face teaching is not possible, most courses will continue as distance learning.
  • If distance learning is not possible, the course will be rescheduled or canceled completely. You can use the course fee for another course.
  • If there is a change in course activities after course registration or after the course has started, we will notify those who have registered for the course by email and on our website.
